3.    Introduce the family.

①    T: Boys and girls, now I know your names. Do you know my name?(看课件) My name is Shen Zhifen. I’m from Yi Feng Primary School. I’m very happy to be your English teacher. I have an English name, too. My English name is “Nancy”. (出示Nancy头饰) Just like her name. This is Nancy. Let’s say “Hello” to Nancy.

Ss: Hello, Nancy.

T: (戴上Nancy头饰) I’m Nancy now. I’ll Introduce my family to you. (出示Nancy一家人的头饰，逐一介绍) This is my father/mother/brother. Now who want to be “Nancy”/“David”?

Ss: (在踊跃举手的学生中，挑选两位学生来扮演Nancy和David，介绍他们的家人给老师认识)

T: (在学生介绍时，向其“家人”问好)

②    T: Good job. (出示Helen一家图片)Look, another family comes to our classroom. That’s Helen’s family. Who wants to introduce this family?

(再让两位学生扮演成Helen和Mike，向其他的同学作介绍，学生用所学句型向他们问好)

[设计意图：通过角色扮演，形成生活中的模拟场面，让学生感受到在我们的日常生活中英语无处不在，为他们在以后的生活中运用好英语进行交际打好基础。本部分先由教师来示范介绍，扮成Nancy，很自然引出“This is my…”这一句型的复习，再由学生扮演，极大地降低了学生的学习难度。]

Step 3. Ask and answer.

1.      T: We knew something about each other just now. I think we’re friends now. Yes or no?

Ss: Yes.

T: Oh, my new friends, let’s go and play together, OK?

Ss: OK.

T: Great, (作思考状)but where shall we go? Please help me to think.

Ss: (学生自由发言)Let’s go to …

T: (根据学生的建议，作出相应的回答) OK./All right./Good./Great. But how?

2.  Play a game. “Listen and guess”

T: Now, let’s have a rest. Play a game. OK?

Ss: OK.

T: Look at the pictures.（课件展示Unit 8 B部分所出现的五幅场景）

  Please ask and answer with ‘Let’s go to … Good, but how?’ in pairs.

  (提问者再根据课件中听到的交通工具的声音来判断如何去某处)

Ss: （同桌问答，最后齐读句型Let’s go to … by …）

[设计意图：由老师告知学生我们现在已经互相有些了解了，是朋友了，再由让我们这些新朋友一起出去游玩这一问题，引出去何处玩这一话题。让学生自由发言，来表达自己的意愿，他们兴趣盎然。再由一个“Listen and guess”游戏，巩固操练，学生非常喜欢，发言踊跃。]

Step 4. Practise and consolidation.

1. T: I like to go to the supermarket best. We can buy many things in it. Look, I bought some balloons yesterday. (展示气球，渗读balloon)

 Boys and girls, they’re the secret presents for you. Do you like them?

   Ss: Yes.

   T: Tell me the colour, if you’re right, you can get it.

     (出示一个气球) What colour is it?
