   强调：I run faster …. He / She runs faster ….

3. Teach: player   That’s true.    do well in

1). T: Xu Zhijun is good at PE. And she is a good player in your class.

2). Read “player”

3). T: How many players are there in your class?

     Who are they?

4). Ss answer together.

5). T: (紧接着上面的对话) Oh, that’s true.

6). Read “true”, “That’s true.”

7). Show Ss some sports stars.

   T: I have some pictures of sports stars. Who are they? Let’s have a look.

8). Practise to say: football / basketball / table tennis player

9). T: That’s true. They all do well in PE.

10). Read “do well in”

4. Teach: need help with

1). T: But my friend does not do well in PE. (多媒体出示朋友照片) Look. He’s not strong. He wants to do better but does not know how. He needs help with his PE.
