Teach the word “ job”, then let the students try to spell it according to it’s pronunciation.

T:Who’s the boy with small eyes?  Ss: He’s Liu Tao.

教师先示范边做动作边问一学生What’s your job?让其回答Driver, driver, I’m a driver.让这位学生站在教师前面边做动作边问下一位学生,依此类推,在教室里边开车边问答。

5. a cook

(1) T: Boys and girls, are you hungry now? Don’t worry.Look! I can help you.(教师手拿锅铲,做炒的动作)Let’s listen to the tape. What am I?

Step 3  Consolidation

1.Play a game.

老师事先准备一个盒子在里面放今天所学的职业类单词及Unit 1中学的职业类单词的纸条,让学生抽取一张,全班学生问What’s your job?然后让这位学生选择他的同学来猜自己的职业,老师按照纸上的职业做动作,全班学生说单词,告诉他猜对了没有。

2.Make an information card and a dialogue.

教师让学生为自己设计一张二十年以后的名片,根据名片互相组织对话并表演。
