   Look, I go to bed at nine forty. I think it’s late. Am I late?

   S: Yes.

   T:Look, what’s the time? (八点半)

   S: It’s eight thirty.

   T: Is it time to go to school?

   S: No.

   T: If we go to school at eight thirty we’ll be late for school.

   T: 出示late (由 tape 引出“a”的发音,再由学生读出late)

   S: Do a survey.
