一、情况分析
本册教材共八个单元，其中第一至第三单元和第五单元至第七单元为新授单元，第四和第八单元为复习单元。跟6A一样，本册教材中的新授单元都由八个板块组成，复习单元都由四个板块组成。
本册教科书，跟6A一样，按“活题——功能——结构——任务”相结合的体系设计和安排了大量形式多样、情景真实、语言自然、趣味性强的语言实践活动，并着重综合训练、强调整合优化，突出整体感悟。与6A与5B相比较，本册书进一步增加了听、读和写的内容，特别是提高了读和写的要求。
复习单元主要通过形式多样、生动活泼的练习，有计划、有重点地综合复习所学词语、句型和日常交际用语。在教学时，教师可以根据具体情况将这些板块重新组合，也可以适当增加内容，其目的是为了帮助学生更好地综合复习所学内容，完成学习任务。
