And I think you understand how to use could according the conversation.

T: Now, let’s look at the pictures in our computer . They have different problems. Could you give them some advice on how to solve the problems, you can also discuss with your partners.

T: should is used when you feel that your advice is the best way to solve the problem.
Could is used when you feel that you can only give your advice but it’s probably not the right one.
