(1) 放录音,边说边做动作。
(2) 做“连锁问答”游戏。
二、 新授:
Let’s read
(1) T: Can you cook the meals? Who can cook the meals, your father
or your mother? Your father/mother isn’t at home today. Who cooks the meals? What can you do?
(2)介绍Mother monkey isn’t at home today. What can the little
monkey do?然后放课文录音,请学生认真听。
(3)教师就课文内容说几个句子,让学生判断句子正误。
Mother monkey is at home.
The little monkey can cook the meals.
The little monkey can’t wash the clothes.
The little monkey empty the trash.
The little monkey can help his dad.
(4)学生打开学生用书,分角色读一读故事。

(1)借助台历引出十二个月份的名称。
三、巩固延伸:做“动作接力赛”游戏;小调查
课后反思:初中英语教学是要重视培养兴趣,但不能单靠唱歌游戏去学习,因为培养兴趣主要是为了学习英语。初中生学习英语不是英美的移民学习英语,则只有不断学到语言知识,提高语言能力,满足他们的成就感,才可能培养持久的兴趣。
