In my opinion ,I think it is wise for the government to do that. Firstly,the students who resume their studies have used many resources.It is a waste to devote extra money, people and facilities to teaching them after they have already graduateD. Secondly,although many students have achieved good marks in the examination and can be admitted to colleges,they still refuse to go to college,dreaming of attending the first-class colleges.As a result, lots of colleges fail to adopt enough students,while many students who get lower marks have no chance to receive education at college.What a pity! Lastly, I think it’s unfair for us Grade 3 students to compete with them..
I hope the rule would help deal with these problems and has a goof effect on our education.
